CAT Exam 2025
CAT (Common Admission Test) is an Online computer based exam for admission in graduate management programs. This exam is conducted in India. The exam is divided into 3 section:
- VARC: Verbal ability & Reading Comprehension
- LRDI: Logical Reasoning & Data Interpretation
- QA: Quantitative Ability
The exam is Duration time is 3 hours. 1 hour for each section. But due to Covid-19 precaution IIM Indore decided to conduct the exam in 2 hours, 40 minutes for each section. CAT Eligibility Criteria 2025
- The specific eligibility requirements before getting into CAT 2025 registration should be cleared. The notable CAT 2025 eligibility criteria are present below:
- Candidates belonging to the General and NC-OBC categories must have a bachelor's degree in any discipline with at least 50% marks is necessary.
- Candidates from the reserved category are granted a 5% relaxation over the minimum marks requirement. Final-year bachelor's degree pursuing students can also apply, on the condition of scoring the needed marks at graduation. If a candidate fails to meet these above-mentioned criteria, then admission will be cancelled. Candidates belonging to the ST/SC/TheD group must have scored at least 45% aggregate in their graduation exam to enroll for CAT 2025.
- There is no age restriction for CAT 2025.
- Individuals with professional qualifications such as CA, ICWA, CS, or FIAI are also eligible to appear for the CAT exam 2025.
Important points to Register for the CAT 2025 Exam
CAT registration 2025 is an online process. Candidates who want to apply for CAT 2025 should follow the steps given below in order to get registered successfully.
- Visit the official CAT website at iimcat.ac.in.
- Click on the "New Candidate Registration".
- Fill up basic information such as name, email ID, phone number, etc, to generate OTP and login credentials.
- Use the user ID and password to sign in.
- Access the CAT application form and fill up all the required details carefully.
- Upload the necessary documents in the format and size given.
- Now candidates have to select up to six exam centers, according to his preference, where they want to appear for the examination.
- Make payment of the application fee by way of online modes.
- Go through the application form and click the "Submit" link.
- On successful completion of the CAT Registration process, Candidates have to download and print the copy of his application form.
CAT Admit Card 2025
The CAT 2025 admit card is a crucial document that candidates must bring on the exam day. Here are the some crucial steps how to download the CAT admit card 2025:
- Log in to the official IIM CAT website with their Login ID & password.
- Search & click on "CAT 2025 Admit Card".
- On the new page, candidates can access their admit card.
- Review all the entails mentioned on the admit card and proceed to download its PDF.
- Print a copy of the CAT admit card and save it for reference on the exam day.
CAT Result 2025
CAT 2025 results are expected to be released in the third week of December.
- Candidates can view their results by visiting the official CAT website and selecting the appropriate link to access the results.:
- Candidates have to use their login details, namely CAT ID and password, to access the candidates' portal.
- The validity of the CAT scorecard will be for one year.
- Therefore, candidates must seek admission to MBA courses in 2026 using their CAT 2025 scores.
